What unites us?
Whether we are born here or have come a great distance, no matter our race or creed or language, across all places great and small, from cites and towns, beside rivers and lakes and mountains and valleys, we are all here, beneath the southern sky.
Men and women have fought and died for our place under the stars, and for centuries have found their way by them.
For what our future holds for our great nation, not even the stars are the limit.
The flag is a very dark blue, almost midnight, with five-pointed white stars depicting the Southern Cross and Pointers, positioned celestially as viewed in the Southern Hemisphere's night sky. Within it remains the essence of our current flag, but anew for today and for tomorrow.
